This fund was established by the Dover-Sherborn community in 1990 in the wake of Alan Mudge's death. Alan grew up in the Dover-Sherborn schools and demonstrated a profound passion for the arts and letters, athletics, and civic responsibility. With Alan in mind, the fund is intended to provide supplemental resources to the Dover-Sherborn regional school system to enhance the quality of educational curricula, programs, and activities. Over the years, it has provided support to many projects that impact the Dover-Sherborn educational experience.
Teachers, administrators, parents, and students are welcome to apply for funding for expenses beyond school budgets.
